Symmetric Insurance Solutions Limited (SISL) is a 100% Zambian-owned firm incorporated on the 12th of September 2023 and licensed by the Pensions and Insurance Authority as an insurance broker under Licence No. 2023/IB/25.
We offer a range of general, life and health insurance intermediary and risk-management services between clients and insurance companies. Our role is to understand the insurance needs of each client and match them to the insurers that have the capability, appetite and financial strength to meet those needs.
Because we offer products from more than one insurer, our clients are never limited to a single company’s view of their risk. We compare cover, price and service across our panel, and we recommend the solution that genuinely fits — whether that is a single motor policy for a young professional or a full programme of property, liability and employee benefits for a growing business.
Our name reflects how we see that relationship. Symmetry means balance: between the protection a client needs and the price they pay, between the interests of the insured and the insurer, and between the promises made when a policy is sold and the way they are kept when a claim is made. That balance is what we work to achieve for every client, every day.
In just over three years we have grown into a trusted partner for individuals, families, SMEs and corporates across Zambia, earned recognition from our industry for customer service, claims performance and financial discipline, and built lasting relationships with many of the country’s leading insurers.
